Our little island has 30 homes with a 25-minute commute to downtown Vancouver and 90 minutes to Whistler. Climate-controlled wine cellar, fire pit, cedar firewood and even paddle boards and kayaks will be included in rental. People freak out about logistics of the 1-minute jaunt across the water on a private flat-bottomed boat but it’s pretty easy with a push-button electric motor – the kids and healthy 82 year-olds who live here can concur! June is my favourite garden month when the climbing white roses reach the bedroom and peonies are in bloom. We jump off the dock for evening swims while the kids kayak to Eagle Harbour Beach across the channel. Magic. It’s super private and there’s certainly no paparazzi here!

Eagle Island is located between Lighthouse Park and Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver. The house is 4740 sq ft and lot size is 161 x 72 or 11,760 sq feet. The rental is furnished, and we can accommodate short or long-term tenants. We would also store the furniture if preferred.
